If you wish to return an item you have a 20 days period from invoice date for both Greece and international customers. All items must be returned in an unused and resalable condition with original tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse item(s) if they have been worn. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for returned item(s) that do not reach us.
01. Exchange Policy
If you wish to change an item for a different size, product must be in good condition. Changes are accepted only in size and color. Please email to let us know in order to check availability. We will hold the new item if available, and dispatch it when the first item arrives back with us.
Shipping cost for the product’s delivery to our warehouse is at your expense and you can use the post office. We handle the shipping cost for the delivery of the new product.

02. International delivery (within the EU)
All of our International orders are delivered using through the post office, at a cost of 10€.
03. International delivery (outside the EU)
All of our International (outside of EU) orders are delivered through the post office, where you should receive your goods within 3 – 14 working days (depending on your location), at a cost of 15€.
For all delivery options, we send you a tracking number.
